Over the past three decades, our family-owned and operated business has assembled a team of craftsmen dedicated to quality and performance. No job is too big, small, tough, or dirty.
Whether it’s working in the middle of the night to repair vital equipment or solving custom fabrication challenges, we’re committed to ensuring the successful completion of whatever job comes our way.
We strive daily to live up to our four core values, the foundation of every job we perform:
- Professional: We respect you and your business.
- Valuable: Your vision and satisfaction matter to us.
- Safe & Reliable: We don’t cut corners. Day or night, we’re here for you.
- Tough: No job is too difficult.
In 1985, WEFab co-founders Don Bice and Jim Weaver saw a need for custom metal fabricating that combined experienced metalworking with seasoned engineering and design—and WEFab was born.
The New WEFab
When Don retired in 2004, Jim purchased sole ownership of the business, and it remains family-owned to this day. The Weavers’ leadership team continues to invest in skilled employees and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to affordably complete a diverse array of jobs.
Continuing the Tradition
Carl Weaver took over from his father as President, sharing in ownership with Vice President Gayle Weaver. Today, with third-generation Weavers working for the company, the family continues its legacy of developing innovative, customized solutions for fabrication and equipment challenges.
